I created The Five because I know what it feels like to function on the outside while feeling completely disconnected on the inside.
On paper, everything looked right. But in one area of my life — I couldn't shift what kept repeating.
For years, I studied behaviour, communication, performance, leadership, emotional intelligence, and personal change. But the deeper truth I kept coming back to was this: so much of who we become is shaped by the stories we learned before we even knew they were stories.
The Five is my way of helping people come back to themselves. It is practical, honest, deeply human work — designed for people who are ready to stop surviving their life and start consciously creating it.
